01 / Disciplines

Two flagship classes open this summer. Each one is led by a working musician or a working artist, not a stand-in. More open as we find the right teacher for each.

Music

Open now

Piano, from the very first key. Kids learn to read a few notes and play them back. By the end, each child has a short piece they can play at home.

Art

Open now

Drawing and painting with real materials. We start by looking, then we make a mess on purpose. Real brushes, real paint, real paper, and a room full of kids who want to keep going.

The Studio

A room on Montague, built for making.

Our studio sits right on Montague Street, the main street of Brooklyn Heights. High ceilings, brownstone light, and tables that are meant to get covered in paint.

It's the same people you already know from Gifted and Talented Kids, with the same care for each kid. We kept it small on purpose, so every child gets seen.

From the team behind Gifted and Talented Kids.

How it works

Three steps. No fuss.

Why we made it

Every child is gifted at something. Summer is when they go find it.

Some kids hear a song before they can read it. Some draw on every surface in the house. We give them a real teacher and real materials, and the room to take the thing they love seriously. That's the whole idea.

Reserve

Hold a place for the summer.

Send the form and a real person from the studio gets back to you about the right afternoon for your child.

We reach out by email or text to set the right slot.

Thank you. A real person from the studio will be in touch about an afternoon slot.
