Piano
Real keys under real fingers, with a teacher who keeps it fun. The little ones learn by ear and play. Older kids start reading notes and pick songs they actually want to learn.
A bright little studio for kids on Montague Street.
Afternoon classes for ages 3 to 12, at 141 Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights. We open with music and art. More classes follow through the summer.
We're opening with the two things kids never get tired of: making music and making a mess with paint. The rest of the lineup lands later this summer.

Big paper, fat brushes, no fear of the blank page. Kids mix their own colors and figure out what a brush can do. Every week they take home something they made.
Think two moves ahead and have a blast doing it.

Coming this summer
Our summer home sits at 141 Montague Street, right on the main street of Brooklyn Heights. Big windows let the brownstone light in, and there's plenty of floor to spread out and get a little messy.
It's run by the team behind Gifted and Talented Kids, our Greenpoint preschool. Same care, same approach, now with a summer of music and art.
No long forms, no guessing. Pick what your kid loves, grab a time, and we'll hold the spot.
Start with piano or painting. More classes open through the summer, so check back for the full lineup.
Slots run by age: younger kids earlier, older kids later, all on weekday afternoons.
Send us a note or give us a call. A real person gets back to you to lock it in.
| Age group | Afternoon slot | Good for |
|---|---|---|
| Ages 3 to 5 | Early afternoon | Short, playful intro sessions |
| Ages 6 to 8 | Mid afternoon | Hands-on music and art |
| Ages 9 to 12 | Late afternoon | Deeper pieces and projects |
Classes run on weekday afternoons starting the week of Monday, June 29. The times above are examples to show the shape of a week. We finalize your exact weekly slot with you when you reserve.
Some kids hum before they talk. Some draw on every wall they can reach. Summer is the time to find that spark and feed it.
We don't believe in one right way to be smart. A kid who builds towers thinks differently from one who tells stories, and both belong in the room. Our job is simple: hand them the keys and the brushes, then get out of the way and see what an afternoon turns into.
Spots are limited because the groups stay small. Send the form or reach us directly. We'll follow up with the details that fit your family.
Tell us a little about your kid. A real person reads every note and writes back to lock in your slot. We'll send class times and open afternoons when we reply.
